Cooper Landing Senior Citizen Corp. Inc. (CLSCCI) has handicapped accessible and equal housing opportunity apartments for seniors 55 and older. The purpose of CLSCCI is to support or encourage the well-being of all persons 55 years of age and older in the Cooper Landing area which includes Cooper Landing, Hope, Primrose, Moose Pass and all the areas in between these communities. CLSCCI owns and manages 12 units of Senior Housing and provides weekly bus transportation for appointments and shopping to Soldotna & Kenai for Seniors (and others if space is available.)
